Party Equipment Rental FAQs

We offer two diffrent types of 360 Photo Booths.. Our basic 1-4 person and our NEW 360 SKY Booth!  We also offer an iPad Photo Booth.  We offer tent rentals, dunk tank, yard games and more!  Check out our services page for more!

Send us an inquiry on our contact us page, and one of us will reach out within 24hrs to walk you through the process and discuss the plan.

We understand things come up and plans change.  We ask for at least a 14 day notice for cancellations.  If canceled after the 14 day cutoff, deposit will be forfeited by client.  Date changes are allowed before the 14 day period,  and a new date is agreed upon. 

We offer our services anywhere in Connecticut.  We will travel the first 20 miles from our business location for free.  After the first 20 miles, we do charge a service fee of $3.00 per mile.  This helps us make sure we keep our vehicle maintained so we can continue offering our services!

Our set up requires at least a 12ftx12ft area free of obstructions for the safety of your guests and our equipment.  We also require an electrical outlet for power.  Booth can absolutely go outdoors, if the day of the party there is inclement weather other arrangements can be made, or a new booking will be allowed if available.  Also, if any inclement weather or obstructions are found by Staff, they reserve the right to cancel booking if equipment may become compromised or damaged.

One song is chosen before the event, and if there is a certain timing of the song that you like it can be trimmed to that length.  We like to keep the songs to a 20 second limit.

Absolutely!  We will gather what information we need from you and create a custom overlay to your preference.  Overlays could be anything you want it to say, like "Bob's 40th Birthday" and "Janice's Retirement!"

We have a variety of props for all occasions.. but if there's something specific you would like, please let us know, and we'll try to accommodate you the best we can!
